Meet Author Jackson Hanks
Jackson Hanks is a former mayor of his hometown, Palestine, Texas, serving three terms in that capacity. During his tenure, he received the prestigious Road Hand Award from the Texas Department of Transportation, being its 128 recipient in the State of Texas.
Jackson is a board certified lawyer in Texas with specialization in residential real estate law and farm & ranch real estate law. He also owns and manages Texas First Title Company, LLC. In 2015, Jackson by the local chamber as the community’s Citizen of the Year.
Jackson’s work as a lawyer and title company manager do not define him. Nor do all his efforts spend volunteering for non-profit organizations that work to improve the quality of life in the community.
Those who meet and work with Jackson learn he is an encourager and does his best to empower everyone to become their best.
The real work Jackson has done in his life is overcoming horrific experiences in childhood. He has worked with extraordinary practitioners to learn the lessons (driving forces) behind them and done the work to overcome them all.
